Issues with ‘Register with a GP Surgery’ service

We have been notified of an ongoing issue with the NHS ‘Register with a GP Surgery’ Service where patient registration emails sent to practices are being delayed.

Patients trying to register for the GP service will see no impact, and the submissions sent by them will be reprocessed once the incident is resolved.

The NHS ‘Register with a GP Surgery’ Service team are currently investigating and they aim to have this fixed as fast as possible.
